Table of contents on author pages
Perhaps author pages, eg http://www.cpantesters.org/author/T/TONYC.html could have a table of contents linking to each of the modules.
As it is, if I want to find POE-XS-Loop-Poll in the list I need to page down carefully through the whole page until I find the module I want.

Identifying Distros
Reports currently name distros without author IDs, like "Foo-Bar-1.234". It would be easier to track actual sources if reports included something like "JOHNDOE/Foo-Bar-1.234.tar.gz". John Doe could easily see where "Foo-Bar-0.01" aka "MALLORY/Foo-Bar-0.01.tar.gz" came from, which puzzles him now as he does not recall uploading a version 0.01 of his module to CPAN.
